4 Angels From Above

Instead of worrying about what our children will become tomorrow, remember that they are somebody today.

Spencer's Life

Spencer is a big boy, I sometimes stop and rethink some of the things he says. They are way to mature for his age, he is smarter than I think sometimes. In the past year he has really shown me that he is no longer a baby. He helps me with the baby, cleans his room, tells me I need to do laundry as he dumps his basket in the laundry room, brushes his teeth on his own all day long. I try to keep him as childish as I can, we don't let him play video games. And when he does it's Nintendo 64, Mario. The one we used to play when we were young. Never the Wii, I feel if I let him play that by the time he is 8 he will want and I touch. He loves school, and his friends. He is REALLY tall. Taller than 90% of kids his age.
And he weighs 42 pounds. He loves his family, and prays for them in Portuguese every night. He asked for a big boy bike for his birthday and a remote control truck. Sooo!!! He got just that, we also had our first party on our new almost finished deck, all it needs now is decorative touches. He has a sense of humor, thank goodness. But after all he grown up signs, I love to look at him, and hug him, just because he will always be my baby. The one that made my dreams come true, the one who made me a mother. He is a true blessed addition to our family.

Stephanie's life...

Stephanie is growing up so fast. Everytime I turn around she has learned something new... She is now walking, she has been since she was 11 months old. A whole 4 months sooner than her older brother. She also says HI to everyone, but specially when I pick her up in the morning or after a nap. She has 7 teeth, and weighs 22.5 pounds. She is such a girly girl, but does not miss a beat when it comes to being tough. Her Brother taught her that. She also loves to be held, another new for me. Spencer from the time he started walking he was independent and wanted nothing to do with me. She LOVES to be held while I am doing things around the house. She is quite the dancer. Her favorite song is "All the single ladies" from alvin and the chipmonks the squekal. And if you really want to see her happy you pick her up and dance. She is a picky eater, kind of hard to figure out what she will eat sometimes. She points at everything, and waives bye bye as she walks away. She adores her brother and is his # 1 fan. She likes to be outside. She also has the curse like her mother... She LOVES shoes. I was looking for sandals for her at the store and when I turned around, she had taken off her shoes and socks and had her toes pointed at me so that I could just slide them on. She has the sweetest laugh, and the laudest scream. But we love her, and after all the Egg hunting, Cookie eating, Bike riding, toesies painting, cupcake devouring, smore making and some much needed teeth brushing that is my little girls life.
